The rooms with 2 beds. A well kept area, great location very close to good restaurant in town, Charles City, Iowa and the outskirts of the town.

The breakfast was excellent and good and the team was very attentive. All in all room was beautifully decorated and a nice size; also provided a tub. The location was convenient for traveling around Charles City, close to a wonderful Mexican restaurant and Charles City and the outskirts of the town.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stylish decor throughout the hotel. The lobby was inviting, and the common areas were well-kept.

Better breakfast options and quicker replenishment needed.

The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, made it easy to rest after a long day of work. The hotel was well-maintained, with spacious common areas that were inviting. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a nice variety of options, including scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, which helped start my day right.

The WiFi connection was somewhat slow at times.

I had a lovely stay, especially with the clean, comfortable room and a great variety at breakfast. The kids loved the pool, but it was a bit chilly.

Breakfast options ran out quickly, and it took time for staff to replenish items. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, which I appreciated. Check-in was a bit chaotic, leading to some confusion with room rates among families attending a wedding, causing a bit of frustration. Despite these hiccups, the staff were friendly and accommodating, helping with any requests we had. I had a fun time and would consider returning.

I recently spent a few nights lounging by the cozy indoor pool and enjoying a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The gym was great too,. The only minor thing was that my room had a bit of dust, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience. I'd definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay 😊

The variety at breakfast was fabulous, from eggs to waffles, giving me the perfect start to each day. Plus, the indoor pool was the cherry on top, open late for fun family swims!
